New Music.
There are some new cds that have come out that I need to pick up. It sucks though because I don’t have a job and I don’t want to go spending money on music (yes, I still do that) but will. I’m not sure how long it will before I give in to the temptation that is the awesome local music store: The Electric Fetus, in Minneapolis. Two albums I’ll probably end up buying are:
“Dear Science” by TV on the Radio
“The Stand Ins” by Okkervil River
I like both bands a lot and I’ve heard good things about these albums. I saw TVotR last March when they came to First Ave. It was a good show and I’m considering going again when they come to town. Those guys have talent. And Okkervil River is just awesome.
