IB Diploma.

With graduation having happened a few weeks ago, one would think that my interest in things of the high school nature would be long gone.  This is mostly true but the one thing that kept my mind lingering in the world of school bells and standardized test was that I had IB scores to wait on.  For those who are not familiar, the IB program or International Baccalaureate is similar to Advanced Placement (AP) but on with a more international mindset and schools all around the world.  Anyway, within this program students take IB classes and then IB tests in May.  These tests are sent to various countries around the world to be graded and take a while to get returned.  Thus the wait.

Today that wait was ended.  I found out that I received more than the minimum of 24 required points to receive the IB Diploma.  I got 28.  This was great news at the end of a two year journey of rigorous classes, stressful test and projects, and not enough sleep, but it was all worth it.  I’m very happy and very proud that I did got it.  Peace.
